Delivery and payment terms:

Payment Service Provider\n\nPayments are securely processed by SumUp. Your bank or card statement may show SumUp as the payment recipient. For payment questions, cancellations, or refunds, please contact store@essiverlin.com.

Receipt of your order will be delivered by email to address provided by you. Orders are delivered to shipping as soon as possible (we try to deliver the order to post office already during the same day), but at least within 14 days after the order has been placed. We reserve the right to deliver your order in multiple shipments.

Reclamations:
If you find something wrong with the delivered product, please contact us by email at store@essiverlin.com.

Right to return the product:

All our products have 14 days return policy. The 14 day period is calculated from the date you received your order. To cancel your order, you need to contact us as soon as possible within the 14 days period and return the product immediately as instructed by our support.

The refund of returned products will be made to the same payment option as you have chosen for the payment.

What if I don’t pick up my package?

A package that is not picked up by the customer is not a cancellation of order or return of the product. essiverlin.com will charge a return and handling fee of 20 € upon the return of the shipment.

Delivery costs:

Shipping within Finland is calculated from the largest physical print in your order: A4 8 €, A2 12 €, and A1 12 €. If you order multiple prints, only the highest applicable shipping fee is charged. Digital products have no shipping charge. Meet & greet pickup in Helsinki is free.
